The depths of water hold infinite possibilities, just like your spirit holds infinite potential.

Christian Muller

Creator & Visionary of Way Of Water

Christian was certified in Massage Therapy and Structural Integration in the early 90’s. As he continued to train and deepen into the profound impact of bodywork, Christian discovered the true healing power of working in water.

In 1996, Christian was certified in Watsu Aquatic Bodywork on the Big Island of Hawaii and took further training in Healing Dance and Water Dance, both known as unique underwater techniques that guides one through various movements for deep relaxation and physical therapy.

To gain a deeper understanding of psycho-somatic healing, Christian continued to widen his studies within Hakomi Somatics, Somatic Experiencing, and Biodynamic Cranial Therapy. He further worked for over two years providing aquatic bodywork for a collaborative chronic pain clinic, run by a medical doctor in Boulder, Colorado.

Since spending the first nine months of my life surrounded by warm water in the womb, my whole life on land has revolved around water. Water is the central element in my life, informing my profession, hobbies, and spiritual path.

His job included designing and installing beautiful landscapes with prominent water features. Christian has had a successful career creating public spaces and commissioning large-scale public art projects, typically themed around water.

Recently, Christian has retired from his public art projects and is primarily focused on providing immersive healing experiences for people in warm and cold water. He is passionately devoted to helping others experience the life renewing properties of healing in water and nature.
