You didn’t come into this world. You came out of it, like a wave from the ocean. You are not a stranger here.
— Alan Watts

What is Way Of Water?

Since the beginning of time on our planet earth, water has played the primary role in creating and nurturing all life forms. The clouds, the rain, the streams, the oceans, and every cell in our bodies carry the legacy of the vital existence of water.

The “Way Of Water” is akin’ to a spiritual path that follows the continually renewing flow of life to its source.

We are guides to help you reconnect to your authentic flow and wellspring of healing by following the “Way Of Water”. Our primary teacher is water itself, joined with the skillful techniques and practices of aquatic bodywork in warm water, aquatic movement, water zen meditation, immersion art form, and wild water renewal, to soothe and revitalize your body, mind, and spirit.

Our Services

  • Aquatic Bodywork

Aquatic Bodywork is massage and structural bodywork received while floating and immersed in 97 degree warm water. The warm water provides a dynamic, nurturing, and supportive environment for tissue release and body renewal. A typical session is 1 hour.

  • Aquatic Movement

Aquatic Movement is a series of rehabilitation movements and free-form movements while immersed in water. Utilizing gentle unwinding, fluid dancing, and expressive movements, moving in water is an essential way to renew and re-create your body.

  • Aquatic Meditation

Reframe your meditation practice as an exploration and immersion into the flow of life rather than a way to achieve stillness. Recognizing and discovering your true and ever present aquatic nature is the primary focus for this practice.
